The market town of Penzance and its working harbour lies in a sheltered corner of Mounts Bay in South West Cornwall. The town offers all amenities including: schools, doctors, churches, banks, shops, restaurants and the famous Jubilee pool, Morrab gardens and St Michaels Mount. There are great transport links via the train station with regular trains to London. Also Penzance boasts a very good bus service. There are some excellent nurseries, primary and secondary schools and a local college that is Ofsted outstanding and linked with Truro college and Plymouth university.

Penzance has some fantastic architecture as well as outstanding examples of Georgian and Victorian houses. Beautiful beaches on both coasts and a number of dog friendly beaches and beautiful coastal walks. The neighbouring town of Newlyn is approx. 1 mile away. Marazion 3 miles. Sennen, Porthcurno and St.Ives all within a short drive.

Heamoor
Heamoor is a very popular village walking distance to Penzance. It has a village shop, bakery, fish and chip shop, church’s and pub. There is a primary and secondary school in the village. Heamoor feels very rural even though you are close to Penzance town and there are some lovely rural walks very close by. There is a great variety of houses in Heamoor from two bedroom granite cottages to large detached houses with land. There are also a good selection of bungalow in quiet cul-de-sacs.
