In the original meeting with Stacey, he took time to explain in detail exactly what the procedure would be. He asked for my thoughts, concerns and opinions and I can say that all of them were taken into consideration by his Team. Emma Carter was my agent and throughout the whole process Emma kept me fully informed.- she personally contacted me regarding all viewings, offers and comments. Emma was so friendly but highly professional too - it was the perfect 'balance' and I had total confidence in her at all times.
