Usually after the initial meeting, Stacey will inform you of the valuation he believes is correct for your property and the reasons for it. This valuation is included in a comprehensive sellers’ pack confirming all you have discussed. Any further questions you may have, he will be happy to answer.
At Stacey Mann Estates we pride ourselves on offering the highest quality photography that showcases every property at its very best. We will arrange for photographs to be taken; create a floor plan and write a detailed description. Once you have approved the photos and text, we will the add your details to the major property portal sites Rightmove and Zoopla, as well as displaying the information in our town office window and on the Stacey Mann Estates website to give your property the best exposure and coverage throughout the UK. All viewings will be accompanied by Emma or Henrietta at your convenience. The team will communicate with our registered buyers and search agents to make them aware of this exciting new instruction.
All offers that come via Stacey Mann Estates will be communicated to you by telephone by a member of the team. If an offer is not what you hoped for, Stacey will offer you honest advice and the team will negotiate on your behalf to reach the best possible outcome.
Once an offer has been accepted, the team will work with all parties to exchange and complete contracts as soon as possible.
