I chose Stacey Mann because on Rightmove they had by far the most sold STC in a radius of my house and their descriptions were informative, without being pretentious. Stacey priced to sell, just as I asked him to. Accordingly, we accepted an offer within a month of going live despite the market appearing to be quite slow. Emma and her team in the office were really on the ball, no “looking-up” when I called, they knew what was going on and facilitated a very smooth sale. Excellent company, excellent result, highly recommended!
