From the first phone call right the way through to handing them our keys after completion, all of the contact with them was courteous, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. The sales particulars were excellent, the video tour was a work of art and Henrietta managed the viewing days and subsequent enquiries seamlessly. We were updated with progress on the sale regularly and luckily, whilst there weren't many problems to overcome, we received very helpful support and advice from Stacey and the team.
