He asked for my thoughts, concerns and opinions and I can say that all of them were taken into consideration by his Team. Emma Carter was my agent and throughout the whole process Emma kept me fully informed.- she personally contacted me regarding all viewings, offers and comments. Emma was so friendly but highly professional too - it was the perfect 'balance' and I had total confidence in her at all times. We placed the marketing of our home in Penzance with Stacey Mann Estates and they were brilliant throughout. From the first phone call right the way through to handing them our keys after completion, all of the contact with them was courteous, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. The sales particulars were excellent, the video tour was a work of art and Henrietta managed the viewing days and subsequent enquiries seamlessly. We were updated with progress on the sale regularly and luckily, whilst there weren't many problems to overcome, we received very helpful support and advice from Stacey and the team.
